Product Description

Blow Off Adapter
For perfect fitment of your Forge Motorsport Blow Off Valve, use a custom made Blow Off Vavle Adapter. Manufactured to the same quality standards as the Forge Motorsport Valves, these adapters make installation a snap.

Spring Tuning Kit
Now you can fine tune your Blow Off/Diverter Valve to the exact needs of your engine with this complete tuning kit.

Your valve tuning kit you will find four springs and three spacers.

The strongest spring is the red, followed by the blue, yellow and finally the green which is the weakest. The spacers enable you to fine tune the settings between two spring tensions if required.

  • Green – 5-15 PSI
  • Yellow – 15-23 PSI
  • Blue – 23-30 PSI
  • Red – 30 + PSI

Relocation Kit
These kits allow the relocation of the diverter valve to the cold side of the intercooler.

By relocating the valve in this way there are two benefits. Firstly, due to operating in lower temperatures the longevity of the valve is increased. Secondly, after relocation, the air that is recirculated back into the intake tract to the turbo will be cooler. Cooler air has a greater density. The greater the density of the charge mix in the cylinder the more power generated on combustion.
